With all the progresses being made in the cars to ensure the customers an ease, while, contributing towards betterment of the environment, it seems like Hyundai has finally decided to join the league. Lately, Hyundai has been trying out ways to incorporate Hydrogen fuel, into cars and with this particular attempt, they are intending to amalgamate safety, improvement and novelty to their new Nexo cars. Engine

Hyundai’s Nexo is powered through a battery that acts like an engine. The motor inside the battery can produce up to 120kW of current that can last to cover an entire range of 600km.

Cost

There are skeptics that Hyundai could price Nexo around a whopping $85,000, however there still haven’t been any confirmations regarding this. People are saying that if Hyundai does price their latest Nexo car around $85000 then there will be a high chance of it going into competition against BMW’s X series SUVs. 

Design

Well, since the entire Nexo is about innovation and novelty, then there’s another thing to which Hyundai has incorporated the innovation to, i.e. Nexo’s exterior and interior design. However, all the skeptics being directed towards the car, calling it a technological masterpiece, which surely does seem like it is not true. Because the interior of the car, fails to reach that point where it can be called that. 

Fuel Consumption

Hyundai’s Nexo consumes around 6.3 kilograms of Hydrogen fuel, which can provide a route coverage of roughly 93.9km/kg. Which means, on an average, the entire fuel consumption of 6.3 kg can drive up to around 600 kilometers, which is way more than what 6 liters of petrol can last to. Suffice it to say, Nexo can prove to be one amazingly fuel-efficient and affordable car if its fuel consumption continues to remain this way, for a longer period. 

Safety

Hyundai has surely brought their game up a notch by introducing an amazing safety package. Nexo consists a safety package that has the latest automatic emergency brake system, highly responsive cruise control, lane departure warning, and a smartly designed blind spot monitoring system that alerts the driver of the following cars with the help of a HD rear-view camera. Another best thing about the safety of Hyundai Nexo 2018 is its Highway Driving Assistant, that allows the car to slow down automatically while passing safely through the speed cameras and once the car is through the speed camera zone, it automatically fastens the car up. Last but not the least, comes the airbags. Nexo has total 6 airbags that provide an instant safety amid a crash, alongside parking sensors that allows the car to drive swiftly through narrower roads.
