All new BMW Series 7 2015
Now entering its sixth generation, the all new BMW Series 7 is really something special.
The flagship vehicle of the BMW line, this car has always been a big deal - but the people at BMW have taken its design, its ability to leverage advanced technology, and its luxury features to entirely new levels with the new BMW Series 7.
A jaw dropper for sure, there’s never been anything quite like the all new BMW Series 7 from BMW.
Close to 300 pounds lighter and considerably faster (taking advantage of two different powertrains and a hybrid option to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2016), the all new BMW Series 7 is a lean, mean, driving machine.
Even though it is very much the BMW "luxury class" vehicle designed to compete with Mercedes and their S Class options, BMW hasn’t attempted to turn down the driving focused heritage of this automobile in any way whatsoever.
Still producing jaw-dropping horsepower, handling like a dream, and leveraging intelligent performance features and powerful brakes, this is very much the "Ultimate Driving Machine"
The very first thing that you are going to notice when you slide behind the wheel of the all new BMW Series 7 is just how quick and powerful it really is. This is all thanks to the inclusion of an overhauled V8 engine and power plant that delivers more than 350+ horsepower to the rear wheels (with an all-wheel-drive option available) that will have you and your passenger’s head snapping back if you really decide to "goose the gas" on the open road.
The entire frame of the new BMW Series 7 takes advantage of a hybrid of CFRP, steel, and aluminum construction materials, all of which keeps its weight down considerably while at the same time boosting overall strength, support, and stability. These factors contribute directly to the overall handling of the vehicle. Combine that with the inclusion of carbon fiber throughout, and you have a very lightweight but still very stable luxury vehicle on your hands.
Safety and Efficiency
Those same hybrid construction materials allow the new BMW Series 7 to remain incredibly safe even though it gives up quite a bit of weight in the process. The interior of this luxury sedan includes multiple airbags to keep you safe in any collision, and all of the brakes are oversized to give you the braking power that is second to none in its class.
